Interbloc is a modular precast concrete wall system made from 1-tonne mass concrete blocks. Each block features a unique interlocking design that ensures automatic alignment during construction, making the system fast and easy to assemble.

Although Interbloc structures are built to be permanent, they can be dismantled without damage and reconfigured to suit changing needs. Thanks to Envirocon’s industry-leading Buyback Guarantee, surplus blocks can even be sold back when no longer required.

The system is gravity-based but includes cast-in reinforcing ducts, allowing structures to be vertically reinforced when additional strength is needed.

The heart of the system is our 'Standard block' used in ~80% of the structure. The blocks are installed using a running bond pattern. Specialist blocks are then used to add specific capability to our walls. Flat bottoms allow for a seamless connection with the underlying foundation and increased friction. Flat top blocks allow structures to be fixed to the top of walls. Base blocks spread the load of the wall over a wider footprint.
