Containment at Scale
Visy Glass required a bulk storage solution for glass cullet at their Brisbane processing facility. Existing steel bins were ageing, difficult to reconfigure, and couldn't accommodate growing volumes. A permanent, expandable solution was needed — fast.
The Solution
Interbloc® Installed in Days
Envirocon® designed and supplied a modular Interbloc® storage bay system for glass cullet containment. No mortar, no crane — installed rapidly with minimal site disruption. Bay layouts were optimised using Envirobuild® before a single block was placed.
The Result
Storage That Grows With Visy
The Interbloc® system delivered a 40% increase in usable storage capacity with a reconfigurable layout that expands as processing volumes grow. Visy Glass has since returned for additional bays.
